I have designed it for the average head, so please adjust if you need to!  It's the sort of Christmas party hat that can come out year after year, you could even personalise it with Grandad and Grandma!   Just change the fabric if you make for a party or wedding... whatever the occasion there is always room for a crown.
 
Make for the little ones with fabulous themed fabrics too!  Add ribbons and embellishments to your hearts content, I've added glitter pom poms but you could add buttons, or decorative ribbon.
